Who we're looking for :

We’re looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to take Simpler’s brand awareness, customer acquisition, and virality to the next level. This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re not looking for someone to manage big-budget paid ads or delegate campaigns to agencies. We need a creative and data-obsessed marketer who thrives on experimentation, isn’t afraid to test unconventional channels, and knows how to get people talking.

You’ll be in charge of making Simpler the name merchants and shoppers associate with effortless checkout. That means thinking beyond performance marketing - community-building, partnerships, referral loops, influencer campaigns, and creative guerrilla tactics are all on the table.

This role is perfect for someone who :

• Has a builder mentality - you’re not here to just optimise an existing playbook; you’ll be writing it from scratch.
• Thinks like a founder - you take ownership, move fast, and make smart bets.
• Can balance creativity and data - you have a strong intuition for what works but always validate with numbers.
