About the Role

This company is hiring a Head of Growth to lead the next phase of revenue expansion. You’ll drive acquisition across multiple channels, shape product-led growth strategies, and collaborate across teams to build campaigns, systems, and playbooks that scale. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy, creativity, and the chance to build a team around you.

What They're Looking For

  • Proven growth leadership experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up (Series A / B)
  • Strong understanding of PLG levers like activation, conversion, and expansion
  • Skilled at campaign design, channel testing, and full-funnel strategy
  • Commercially minded with a track record of hitting revenue goals
  • Comfortable managing and developing a high-performing team
  • Experienced with HubSpot, attribution models, and multi-channel measurement
  • Confident in leading cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in sales enablement, the public sector, or vertical SaaS
  • Bonus if you’ve navigated freemium-to-paid models or AI-driven distribution
  • Creative, curious, and collaborative — you bring energy and insight to the team
  • Detail-oriented and reliable — you follow through on your commitments
  • Motivated by building — you’re excited by ownership and iteration

Responsibilities

  • Own the multi-channel acquisition and expansion strategy across paid, organic, and partnerships
  • Drive product-led growth by improving adoption, activation, and conversion
  • Lead and grow the Growth team — coaching, developing, and unlocking potential
  • Launch and iterate on campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Align growth strategy with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Track ROI and performance across budgets, channels, and funnel stages
  • Explore and scale new growth opportunities, from AI-driven tools to viral growth experiments
  • Help shape the growth function and contribute to company-wide strategy

  • Interview Process

  • Meet the Team (90 minutes) – In-person visit to get a feel for the culture
  • Decision made within 3 days (subject to reference)
