About the Role
This company is hiring a Head of Growth to lead the next phase of revenue expansion. You’ll drive acquisition across multiple channels, shape product-led growth strategies, and collaborate across teams to build campaigns, systems, and playbooks that scale. This is a high-impact leadership role with autonomy, creativity, and the chance to build a team around you.
What They're Looking For
- Proven growth leadership experience in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up (Series A / B)
- Strong understanding of PLG levers like activation, conversion, and expansion
- Skilled at campaign design, channel testing, and full-funnel strategy
- Commercially minded with a track record of hitting revenue goals
- Comfortable managing and developing a high-performing team
- Experienced with HubSpot, attribution models, and multi-channel measurement
- Confident in leading cross-functional projects with Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Bonus if you’ve worked in sales enablement, the public sector, or vertical SaaS
- Bonus if you’ve navigated freemium-to-paid models or AI-driven distribution
- Creative, curious, and collaborative — you bring energy and insight to the team
