What You’ll Do
Design the Growth Playbook : Build and execute the full-funnel growth roadmap — acquisition, activation, retention, expansion.
Own Demand Generation : Scale paid channels (search, social, display), SEO, content, and partnerships to drive traffic + conversions.
Go Big on PLG : Partner with Product to craft self-serve onboarding flows, viral referral loops, and in-app upsell journeys.
Get Analytical : Track CAC, LTV, MRR, funnels; run A / B tests; experiment relentlessly to find the levers that matter.
Build & Lead the Team : Hire and mentor growth marketers, paid media experts, content pros, and partnership managers as we scale.
