Head of Partnerships and Growth - Remote - IEP
Contract Type : Full-time / Permanent
Salary : £50,000 - £60,000 based on experience

Role Purpose
The Head of Growth will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives that expand the IEP’s reach, influence, revenue and sustainability. This role will focus on increasing membership, diversifying revenue streams, and enhancing the value proposition for professionals and partners across the employability ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Development
- Develop and implement a growth strategy aligned with IEP’s mission and strategic plan.
- Identify and pursue new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.
- Lead business development initiatives to secure funding, sponsorships, and commercial partnerships.
