ACJ Search are partnering with a Northamptonshire based manufacturer who are looking for a Commercial Project lead to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a broad role which would suit someone with a range of skills including Sales & Business Development, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management.
The organisation is going through significant change and growth currently, and there is a focus on sales and new business development. The Commercial Project Lead will drive long term sales activity, both from a strategic and hands on point of view. You will also be required to manage customer relationships beyond the sales phase, taking the lead on project managing and liaising with technical teams.
The successful candidate could come either from a Sales or Project Management background, or currently be in a role drawing on both. The technical nature of the product means it will suit someone with an Engineering or Technical background.
