A leading global supplier of vertical access equipment is seeking a Quality & Safety Manager to assist the Global HSQE Manager with the day to day running of the HSQE function in support of the UK business.

This position will suit a professional with Quality and Safety experience located in the Northants area who is looking to develop their career as a HSQE leader. There is significant scope for training and career progression with this position.

The Quality & Safety Manager will be :

  • Leading on HSQE Manager matters for their projects on nuclear, engineering and construction sites throughout the UK.
  • Support and continuously improve their Integrated Business Management System certified by BSI to BS EN ISO 9001, BS EN ISO14001 & ISO 45001.
  • Investigating product and process non-conformities. Supporting the Global HSEQ Manager in managing the warranty process with their sister manufacturing companies in the global group.
  • Investigating accidents / incidents to help drive continuous improvement across all areas of HSEQ.

The Quality and Safety Manager will have :

  • Able to travel to projects UK wide.
  • Minimum 5 years Health & Safety experience with NEBOSH General Certificate.
  • Quality experience essential.
  • QSHE experience in a heavy plant or machinery background.
