Position Overview : We seek a skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to provide expert support across multiple sites, focusing on Microsoft Server, Office 365, Azure, and virtualization . The role requires strong technical skills, proactive support, and excellent communication , with occasional travel for on-site assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide IT support across multiple locations, assisting users at all levels.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Server, AD, Intune, Office 365, and Azure .
• Administer Hyper-V, Azure Stack HCI, and virtualization solutions .
• Troubleshoot desktop virtualization and SaaS applications .
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Travel as needed for hands-on support.
