Senior Cloud Engineer - Microsoft Azure

As a Senior Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft Azure at UBDS, you will be a critical player in empowering our clients through innovative cloud solutions. You will leverage your expertise to build, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure while enabling businesses to achieve their strategic goals. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying new services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high-performance and scalable solutions within Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage highly available and secure cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop scalable cloud solutions that meet business needs
• Support migration of existing applications and infrastructure to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep
• Monitor and optimize cloud services performance, security, and cost effectiveness
• Provide technical support and expertise to clients, solving complex problems swiftly and effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features and services, and proactively integrate relevant enhancements into client architectures
• Document architecture solutions, best practices, and standards for cloud infrastructure
