We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our Corporate IT team in Manchester, UK. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager , this is an entry / mid-level opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in IT, supporting internal users and gaining exposure to a wide range of systems and technologies.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and play a key role in keeping our internal platforms running smoothly by providing first-line support, maintaining hardware and software, and contributing to process improvement and documentation.

What will you be responsible for?

• Providing Follow the Sun (F-T-S) first point resolution / escalation of IT incidents and service requests through the IT service desk platform, within set SLA
• Responding to and resolving IT incidents and service requests via our internal service desk platform
• Setting up and supporting user devices (laptops, monitors, peripherals, phones) and onboarding / offboarding employees
• Troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Supporting meeting room technology and collaboration tools
• Logging and maintaining documentation and asset registers
• Escalating complex issues to senior engineers where required
• Assisting with the development and deployment of internal IT projects within the Corporate IT environment.
