Salary : £47,500 - £58,500 + Benefits
Hours : 37.5 per week, flexible working (no weekends)
Location : Hybrid (1 day per week in office - Stoke-on-Trent or Glasgow)

As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle - from identifying and converting new business opportunities, through to long-term account development and broker relationship management. Working closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally, you'll support strategic business goals while growing your own revenue stream.
