Job description

Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement.

We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.

We are looking for a Junior Business Developer (Japanese speaking) .

Responsibilities :

  • Growing business in Japan by generating qualified leads;
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels;
  • Develop and implement strategies for business development in the Japanese and broader Asian markets;
  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects;
  • Maintain and update CRM database;
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Japanese
  • both written and spoken);
  • Proficiency in English
  • is essential;
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales;
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively;

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
