Sancta Familia Catholic Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to lead on both Governance and Growth. This is a dual role offering the opportunity to influence not just compliance and governance, but also the strategic expansion of a newly established Catholic multi-academy trust.
About the Trust
We are a new cross-phase family of Catholic schools, launched in February 2025 with five founding schools. By the end of this year, we expect to grow to at least 10 schools, with an ambitious vision to expand to 20+ schools and over 1,000 employees within three years.
