Private Client Solicitor

Kent

Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-5 : 30pm

Competitive, DOE upon PQE

We are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their busy office based in Kent. The role covers a broad range of private client work, including :

Wills & Estate Planning
Probate & Administration of Estates
Trusts & Trust Administration
Inheritance Tax Planning
LPAs, Court of Protection & Deputyships
Charity and Care Fee Planning

Requirements :

Strong private client experience, especially wills, estates, trusts, and tax

Ability to manage own caseload with minimal supervision

Excellent client care and communication skills

Well-organised, professional, and proactive

Desirable :

STEP qualified or studying towards it (support provided)

Secretarial support and career development opportunities available.
