The Role

In this role, you will :

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Oversee a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
• Provide clear, expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing.
• Carry out title investigations, draft and review contracts, and handle Land Registry applications.
• Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of client care.

What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.

✅ Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, and remortgages.

✅ Outstanding client care and communication skills — able to make the process straightforward and stress-free for clients.

✅ A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.

✅ Ambition to develop your career and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
