Senior Associate - Private Client (Land & Estates)

Location : London

Salary : £110,000 + Excellent Benefits

PQE : 6+ Years

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a market-leading team specialising in Landed Estates and High Net Worth advisory work. This role offers a chance to join a respected firm where Private Client is a core focus, not just a support service - and where your expertise will be genuinely valued and developed.

The Firm

This firm is a prestigious, full-service law firm with a longstanding reputation for excellence in Private Client work. They advise a global and domestic client base that includes international families, UHNW individuals, and the owners of significant landed estates. Their work spans trusts, estate planning, succession, and wealth structuring across multiple jurisdictions.

The firm is now seeking a Senior Associate to join their London-based team as part of continued strategic growth.

The Role

You will take on a key role within a dynamic and highly regarded Private Client department, advising clients with complex asset portfolios, including :

  • Traditional landed estates
  • Agricultural and rural property
  • High-value business interests
  • Art, luxury assets, and heritage property

Key areas of responsibility include :

  • Trust and estate planning
  • UK and international wealth structuring
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Wills and lasting powers of attorney
  • Family office advisory
  • Tax-efficient succession planning
  • Providing strategic and compliance-driven advice to high-profile clients

    • About You

    We are keen to speak to candidates who can demonstrate :

  • 6+ years PQE in Private Client law, with substantial experience in Landed Estates
  • A strong understanding of UK tax, trusts, and succession law
  • Experience working with high and ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • A confident, personable manner and excellent communication skills
  • Background from a respected City, West End, or leading regional firm
  • STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable)
