The Role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including :

• Residential sales & purchases
• Lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
• Retirement homes and new build properties
• Investment property transactions

You'll manage transactions from instruction to completion, supporting clients through each stage of the process using our modern client portal system.
