Salary : £50-65k Based on experience + Bens
The Role
Youll be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio comprising both commercial and residential block properties . The role is hands-on and varied, offering exposure to a wide range of asset types including retail units, office buildings, and mixed-use blocks with residential upper parts.
Youll work closely with a team of Property Managers, Reactive Maintenance Coordinators, and Compliance professionals, reporting directly to the Team Lead and senior management.
About the Team & Business
The property management team currently consists of 8 PMs , with plans to grow to 10 .
Support teams include reactive maintenance , compliance , and accounts , with additional staff based overseas.
The portfolio is 99% Central London-based , with a mix of retail, office, industrial , and residential blocks .
The business encourages cross-sector exposure , making it ideal for candidates with residential experience looking to expand into commercial property management.
There is no hybrid working this is a 5-day office-based role .
Key Responsibilities :
Proactive management of lease events and critical dates via CRM systems.
Oversight of rent collection and arrears recovery.
Ensuring compliance with insurance, health & safety, and relevant legislation.
Preparing and managing annual service charge budgets and reconciliations.
Acting as a central liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high service standards.
Collaborating with maintenance and compliance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Keeping accurate records for planned preventative maintenance and compliance.
What Youll Need to Succeed
Proven experience in property management (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage budgets and service charges confidently.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., TRAMPS, Fixflo) is a plus.
RICS, IRPM, or H&S qualifications are desirable but not essential.
A proactive mindset and willingness to grow within a collaborative team.
