Are you an experienced Property Litigator looking for your next senior move? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected firm in Potters Bar, taking a leading role within their established property litigation team.

The Role

As a Senior Solicitor, you will handle a diverse caseload of complex property disputes, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. You will work closely with clients on both residential and commercial matters, providing strategic and commercially focused advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing high-value and complex property litigation files
• Acting on residential and commercial possession proceedings
• Advising on commercial and residential leases, forfeiture, and dilapidations
• Handling 1954 Act claims (both claimant and defendant)
• Advising on adverse possession, squatters’ actions, and general contractual disputes
• Conducting litigation in both the County Court and High Court
• Delegating effectively and supporting the wider team
