Bridge Recruitment are working alongside a prestigious law firm who are looking for a proactive Solicitor ( 3+ years PQE ) to join their busy and friendly conveyancing team, with offices based in

Gravesend ,

Chatham , Maidstone

and

Tonbridge . This is a full-time, permanent position : Mon-Fri, 9am-5 : 30pm. Salary is

competitive

and

dependent on experience .

The role covers a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including :

Freehold & leasehold sales / purchases

Transfers of equity, remortgages

Lease renewals, landlord & tenant work

Refinancing, business sales / acquisitions

Utilities agreements & development support

Managing files from instruction to completion

Requirements :

Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing

Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision

Highly organised, with excellent client care and communication skills

Business development experience is a plus
