What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions

Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion

Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships

Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the process

Proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or issues

Supporting the wider team and contributing to departmental successWhat We’re Looking For

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer – NQ+ welcome

Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes (training and support provided for NQs)

Excellent communication and client care skills

Ability to manage files independently or with minimal supervision (depending on experience)

A positive, proactive approach with genuine enthusiasm for property law
