We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and self-driven individual to join our fastest-growing sales team. The role will suit someone driven, who enjoys working in a forward thinking fast paced environment, enjoys the financial services market, and who is experienced in taking a proactive lead.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively generate new client business through research, calling and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and strengthen client relationships with new and existing clients
- Resolve any issues to maintain and strengthen client trust
- Supporting the successful onboarding of new clients
- Utilise our internal systems to report on and analyse trends in sales data
We would love to hear from you if you have the following :
Proven success in proactively managing accounts and building successful long-term relationships with clients, preferably in a similar industry e.g., Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management or Financial AdviceAbility to multitask, excellent planning and organisational skillsProven track record of hitting and exceeding targetsAnalytical, with strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritise and make clear decisionsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong team player with excellent people skillsCapacity to excel in a fast-paced environmentKeen to get stuck inBenefits
