The Role

Our client is a highly successful, internationally operating financial services organisation with an impressive track record of delivering specialist solutions to a diverse global client base. They are seeking a proven Head of Partnerships to take ownership of their partnership strategy, build influential networks, and drive commercial growth through high-value alliances. This senior position will work closely with the leadership team to shape market presence, secure new revenue opportunities, and strengthen the organisation’s position as a trusted partner in its field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a partnership and channel growth strategy aligned to business objectives
  • Identify, approach, and secure new strategic partners across target markets
  • Maximise the value of existing partnerships through proactive relationship management
  • Represent the business at industry events, roundtables, and networking forums
  • Deliver engaging presentations and thought-leadership sessions to relevant audiences
  • Collaborate with partners on joint initiatives and campaigns to enhance mutual success
  • Analyse partnership performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience as a Head of Partnerships or Partnerships Director within the financial services or investment management sectors
  • Demonstrable success in building and maintaining high-value partner relationships
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills
  • Established professional network and ability to engage at senior stakeholder level
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
  • Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
