Camino Search is partnered with a high-growth, PE-backed blue collar services business after recent investment. Backed by a leading private equity firm, the business aims to triple EBITDA through a buy-and-build strategy. We are seeking a Head of M&A to lead the team and drive the M&A strategy in partnership with the private equity sponsor, reporting directly to the C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A : origination, execution, and integration
• Collaborate with the CEO and PE investors to shape the inorganic growth strategy
• Travel across the UK to meet target companies
• Execute several deals per year in the UK
• Build strong relationships with target companies, advisors, and internal stakeholders
