Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Commercial to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Business Partner with the Operations Director to identify and maximise opportunities by working in partnership with the people we support, their families, commissioners, operations and community hub team members.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Commissioners, Local Authorities, ICB's and Housing Associations (in partnership with the Housing Manager).
• Business Partner with the Heads of Areas and Assessment and Placement Managers to achieve 95%+ occupancy and eliminate long term voids.
