Were looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead and inspire our Projects team. This is a senior role where youll take ownership of delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects, driving client satisfaction, and supporting business growth.

What youll do

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Manage projects from £100K£1.5m, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development opportunities.

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.

Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

What were looking for

5+ years experience in a similar role delivering M&E projects.

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Background in mechanical, electrical, or air conditioning engineering (qualification required).

Experience managing subcontractors and project teams.

Commercially astute with excellent communication skills.
