Monday Friday. Monday Thursday, 8 : 30am 5pm and Friday, 8 : 30am 2 : 30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid lunch)

Match Recruitment are recruiting exclusively on behalf of their client based in Corby. Our client is a long established and successful small business with almost 30 years history.

Our client is seeking someone on a short-term basis to help clear a backlog of chaser calls to customers following up on outstanding cases. The customer base consists of private individuals, so you must be comfortable speaking with members of the public over the phone.

This is a phone-based role where youll spend the majority of your day making outbound calls to customers who have requested the outstanding information required to progress their case.
