Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor required in Kettering

up to £29,000 basic salary + £5,000 OTE

Monday to Friday, Saturday AM on rota

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy Main Dealership that is looking for a passionate Customer Advisor to join the family.

The department and dealership is spear-headed by a management structure who understand the business and the manufacturer inside out. A fantastic business and environment that will support your learning and development as well as your career prospects.

You will ideally hold Main Dealer service experience but those with strong Automotive experience elsewhere in the trade would be considered.

Key Responsibilities / Skills :

• Greeting customers and scheduling services
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
• Providing additional services including service plans
• Handling customer complaints
