Job descriptionPlan and coordinate delivery on projects Liaise with all parties regarding planned work requirements Ensure works are planned in line with programme delivery schedule Review and assess potential risks in planned works that could delay project delivery Update internal trackers and schedules Attend calls and meetings via Teams or in person Input site data into internal and client systems where required Download information from client systems including drawings, surveys and data sheets Prepare job packs and upload as directed within agreed procedures Raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval and invoicing File creation - electronic and hard copy Report on and drive continuous improvement using KPIs Liaise with staff, operatives and customers effectively and with respect Arrange site visits and liaise with all parties as required Provide general administrative support as requested by the line manager Fulfill any other duties assigned to support the project team Experience in project coordination or delivery support within construction or infrastructure sectors is desirable Strong organisational and communication skills Proficiency with client and internal systems and data management Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Customer Service Industries : Construction
