JOB RATE : £12.93 pay rate + £1.56 holiday pay = £14.49 per hour

Your new company

Our client is a well-known and respected local logistics business and as they are particularly busy at the moment, they have sign off to add an extra person to their small customer service team in Peterborough.

Your new role

Your job will be to work with regular and consistent clients to order goods, raise quotes and investigate & resolve damages, delayed or missed deliveries.   Most of the communication with clients is by email, so you'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, spelling and grammar, as well as an ability to build rapport and put the customer at the heart of what you do each day.

The company operates a 37.5 hour week, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The team is a lovely, friendly bunch who all get on very well and support each other, but they also know when to knuckle down and get on with the job at hand.

You will need your own transport to get to the office as public transport links aren't brilliant, but there are loads of parking spaces available at the office.

The pay is at market rate for the local area, and you don't need to worry about working over Christmas because the office closes on Dec 24th and doesn't reopen until Jan 2nd.
