We are recruiting for a HR Administrator on behalf of a growing manufacturing company based in Sheffield .
HR Administrator Responsibilities :
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for approx. 50 employees
- Manage HR administration tasks accurately and efficiently
- Oversee processes for maternity, paternity, and adoption leave
- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new staff
- Liaise with managers to ensure training plans are in place for new starters
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks (new starters, leavers, changes, etc.)
- Maintain HR / timekeeping software systems
- Support employee relations processes and meetings
- Provide regular HR reports and assist with projects
