Across the UK, we have several repairs workshops within our retail estate where our talented jewellers, administrators and team leaders are based. Here, we take pride in repairing our customers sentimental jewellery pieces.

We have a unique opportunity available for a part time Workshop Administrator to join our friendly Repairs team. Located in our Meadowhall Design Service Centre, youll support our workshop performance in dealing with all administrative duties regarding the handling and progression of repairs. Additionally. Youll provide excellent customer service to stores via the handling of queries in a friendly, professional and expedient manner and in line with current procedures.

Suitable candidates will be a natural when dealing with administrational tasks and duties and be able to deliver excellent customer service to our internal customers.

Typical duties :
