Job Title : Sous Chef at Baccalà
We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and experienced chef to join our kitchen team at Baccalà as a Sous Chef. We value individuals with a passion for seafood, wine, and hospitality, who are eager to learn, grow, and share their experience within a passionate team.
You will work closely with and report to the Head Chef, supporting and developing the kitchen team and product to ensure a healthy business. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience at Sous or Senior Commis de Partie level within a similar restaurant, with comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene, occupational health and safety standards. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is an advantage. Good spoken and written English, organization, time management, advanced computer skills, and customer service skills are essential.
