Helping our clients change their businesses in response to internal and external influences and opportunities is a core skill for our Business Consultants. Within our Business Consulting and Advisory practice (BCA), we work with our clients to solve some of the most interesting challenges facing organisations today. Our wide-ranging clients include central government, defence, aviation, energy and infrastructure. Unveiling Your Abilities :

We are looking to hire talented people with a track record of delivery within another consultancy and are looking to move somewhere with a different approach more tailored to client need.

As part of the Business Consulting and Advisory practice, you will be supporting real clients facing real challenges and provide strategic thinking and innovative solution development from problem concept through to delivery, also you will be :

• Working with clients to provide strategic consultancy to set and realise strategies for change, against their most complex problem sets.
• Designing and creating programmes to support major transformations to ways of operating e.g. across staff and locations.
• Using analysis, modelling and technology to support drawing conclusions to meet the challenges of increased competition and expectations e.g. increasing student retention or supporting a major new investment.
• Utilising innovative technology, structures, systems and people change to design and deliver objectives efficiently.
• Reviewing existing feasibility studies, masterplans and risk assessments to make robust and clear proposals and business cases that will challenge and validate realisation of benefits.
• Deliver solutions to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience, by optimising clients' resources, processes and assets.
• Developing and delivering best in class tailored commercial, procurement and supply chain consultancy for our clients.
• Delivering strong people and change consultancy - embedding the change so that our clients get the best outcomes.

What you can bring :

You will be given significant responsibility for client-facing work from day one. All our consultants are expected to have regular interactions with clients, to lead work-streams or projects, and to support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs. We therefore ask that you demonstrate capability and experience of Management Consulting delivery across four dimensions :

Qualifications :

Having or willing to work towards Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
