This role centres on identifying, securing, and growing new business opportunities across EMEA. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute new business strategies driven by company objectives.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through acquisition of new accounts
- Build and maintain strong relations with clients both remotely and face‑to‑face
- Generate and qualify new leads; develop robust candidate / client database
- Prepare market analyses and business cases, reporting to Sales Director
- Follow up post-sales to ensure client satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with junior staff and wider teams to deliver consistent growth and refine sales tactics Required Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in recruitment sales or B2B business development roles
- Proven ability to close deals and generate new business
- Excellent negotiating, communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree is desirable
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work under pressure
