Key Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant :

• Meeting and registering new applicants
• Organising and carrying out viewings
• Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, noting all correspondence and communications
• Achieving all daily and weekly targets
• Arranging, organising, and conducting all viewings in line with the clients' instructions
• Negotiating offers received where instructed
• Having an in-depth understanding of the local marketplace to gain an advantage over competitors
• Working closely with the manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities
