Customer Success Manager EMEA

In this role, you will establish trusted partnerships with our EMEA public sector customers, collaborating with internal teams to support sales and ensure solutions meet customer needs. You will be responsible for Net Revenue Retention, maintaining high customer engagement and satisfaction to drive renewal and growth.
This position is based in the UK or Germany, remote, requiring airport accessibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business, use-cases, and technical workflows to support value realization.
- Become a subject matter expert and advocate for INRIX products and solutions.
- Onboard new customers through account setup, training, and support.
- Create success plans with customer goals and milestones.
- Manage account activities to ensure regular engagement and address challenges.
- Conduct reviews to track success plan progress.
- Develop best practice playbooks for team use.
- Collaborate on self-service content like FAQs, knowledge bases, and training modules.
- Work with Renewals team to ensure timely and successful renewals.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demos.
- Identify expansion opportunities via cross-selling and up-selling.
- Gather customer feedback to influence product development and strategy.
- Promote INRIX mobility solutions at industry events and forums.
- Contribute to customer success and sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships within the company to leverage expertise.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics.
Requirements
At least 3 years in Customer Success, Partnership Management, or Account Management.3 years of experience with SaaS solutions.German language proficiency is essential.Experience in the Public Sector markets in the UK or Germany is preferred.Experience with EMEA markets is desirable.Business Acumen
Ability to tailor communication to different audiences.Articulate the value of INRIX solutions to meet customer outcomes.Reports to : Director Customer Success EMEA
