Job Description
- Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and assist in onboarding new clinics to PetsApp.
- Review and enhance client performance on the PetsApp platform.
- Support the rollout of new PetsApp solutions to our existing clients.
- Collaborate with other teams at PetsApp to ensure a great client experience.
- Own the end-to-end success of a large portfolio of customers, focusing on revenue retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
- Have a strong interest and experience with software solutions, such as practice management software and tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
- Be highly conscientious, detail-oriented, and able to apply strategic goals to decision-making.
