Overview

We’re working with a leading UK events and brand experience agency who have a roster of global brands as clients. They are defined by their bold vision and a track record of producing world-class corporate events around the world.

We’re looking for an energetic and commercially driven Head of New Business to lead the agency’s growth strategy. You’ll be central to identifying, pursuing and converting opportunities with brands through to onboarding and beyond. This is a high-profile role suited to someone who thrives on making connections, has a strategic mindset and is passionate about growth. Above all, we’re looking for a leader with a proven sales track record and the drive to combine vision with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Position the agency as the go-to partner for corporate event management.
  • Deliver a strategic sales plan that achieves ambitious revenue and acquisition targets.
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, conferences and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to leverage digital and social platforms.
  • Lead proposals and collaborate internally to deliver compelling pitches.
  • Confidently present at client meetings and Q&As.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and business development in an events agency environment (THIS IS A MUST)
  • Proven track record of meeting / exceeding revenue targets.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot ideal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborative and cross-functional approach with internal teams and external partners.
  • Current driving licence.
  • Ability to travel across the UK and overseas.
  • Location : The agency has an office in London and Cheshire and there is flexibility on where this role is based.
