Payroll Specialist
Are you a Payroll Specialist with a passion for precision and a deep understanding of payroll processes within a large organisation? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our client's team of four. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing payroll for over 4,000 employees and ensure compliance and accuracy every step of the way.
What You'll Do
Process monthly payroll for all staff members.
Perform monthly reconciliations and checks to ensure data integrity.
Handle manual calculations for statutory payments like SSP / SMP / SAP and net pay.
Produce management reports using advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Process payments for starters and leavers , including terminations.
Administer and report on pensions auto-enrolment and employee benefits.
Liaise with third parties for reporting and payments.
Manage company fleet accounting and taxation.
Ensure full compliance with legislation and company policy for audit purposes.
Process court orders and National Statistics forms promptly.
