Payroll Analyst

Portfolio Payroll are currently supporting a well established and globally recognised brand in Woking who are looking to hire an enthusiastic & skilled Payroll Analyst on a 12 month fixed maternity cover.

Reporting into the Payroll Manager and working within a team of six, this role will be working in a fast paced, customer support focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Processing high volume weekly & monthly payrolls across the UK, ROI & Jersey

Data input including starters, leavers, tax code changes and statutory leave etc

HR administration duties including checking RTW and issuing contracts

Assisting with processing payrolls for salaried and hourly paid employees

Being the first point of contact for employee queries

Supporting the Occupational Health process

Issuing online employee offer packs and contracts

Experience required :

Proven expeirence of processing high volume payrolls

Confident working within a fast paced & pressurised environment

Strong Excel skills - V Lookups / Pivot Tables

Excellent communication skills
