Job Title : Payroll Administrator

💷 Salary : Up to £30,000

🏢 Working Structure : Office-based

📍 Location : Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Process weekly and monthly payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Enter and maintain payroll data in the system

Prepare, review, and run reports; close payroll cycles

Create and send large volumes of invoices to recruitment agencies

Reconcile and allocate payments from recruitment agencies

Support management with high-level payroll queries and escalations

Assist with ad-hoc payroll requests and compliance / audit activities

🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience in payroll administration, ideally with Umbrella company payrolls

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable handling high-volume data and multiple client accounts

Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and management
