UK based global manufacturer of bespoke solutions in the scientific sector are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join their team.
The Role :
- The efficient processing of customers’ orders and enquiries, however received.
- Proactive cold calling & lead generation
- The timely and effective follow-up of all aftermarket quotations
- Identifying opportunities for add-on sales and upselling
- Responsibility for answering all internal and external administrative enquiries regarding customer history
- Responsibility for the various administrative systems to the ISO 9001 / 2000 Standard ensuring full traceability and conformity and to recommend any alterations deemed necessary to the Senior Export Sales Manager to ensure or improve service to the customers
- Develop, coordinate, manage and monitor remeshing and servicing contracts
