Sales Coordinator

UK based global manufacturer of bespoke solutions in the scientific sector are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to join their team.

The Role :

• The efficient processing of customers’ orders and enquiries, however received.
• Proactive cold calling & lead generation
• The timely and effective follow-up of all aftermarket quotations
• Identifying opportunities for add-on sales and upselling
• Responsibility for answering all internal and external administrative enquiries regarding customer history
• Responsibility for the various administrative systems to the ISO 9001 / 2000 Standard ensuring full traceability and conformity and to recommend any alterations deemed necessary to the Senior Export Sales Manager to ensure or improve service to the customers
• Develop, coordinate, manage and monitor remeshing and servicing contracts

Further responsibilities include :

Basic salary of £23,000 + 10% guaranteed bonus + £1,000 / year cost of living allowance = £26,300

Year 1 OTE - £30,000
