The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on selling intelligent audio-visual (AV) solutions into both end-users and contractors across London and the surrounding areas. This is a new business-focused role that will suit a proactive and ambitious sales professional who thrives in a consultative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within key verticals : transport, education, commercial

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and end-users

Work closely with the internal technical and design teams to deliver tailored AV solutions

Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

What You’ll Bring

Proven track record in AV solution sales , ideally within a similar systems integrator environment

Strong network and understanding of the AV industry, commercial contracts, and market trends

Experience selling into end-users and contractors

A consultative sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skills

Confidence managing longer sales cycles and complex technical projects

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East
