Business Development Manager

to join their expanding team.

The Role

As

Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in driving growth by :

Identifying and securing new business opportunities across multiple industries.

Targeting companies with an annual travel spend of

£100K

£500K .

Building strong client relationships and presenting tailored travel management solutions.

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Splitting your time between client meetings, working from home, and regular visits to the Surrey office.

About You

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive sales professional who brings :

Proven experience in business development within a Travel Management Company (TMC) .

A successful track record of winning new business and meeting / exceeding targets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

A consultative approach to sales with the ability to tailor solutions to clients needs.
