An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Residential Property team in the heart of Southwell.

The Role

You will assist and support fee earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including :

• Preparing sales packs and managing case files
• Drafting and submitting SDLT returns
• Completing Land Registry applications
• Handling exchange of contracts and completion procedures
• General file management and administrative support
