Overview

Conveyancing Paralegal

Location : Chesterfield

Hours : Full-time, Monday – Friday

Type : Permanent

Salary : Competitive

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a friendly and supportive Residential Property team in the heart of Southwell.

The Role

You will assist and support fee earners in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including :

Preparing sales packs and managing case files
Drafting and submitting SDLT returns
Completing Land Registry applications
Handling exchange of contracts and completion procedures
General file management and administrative support

About You

The ideal candidate will have :

Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a residential property department

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach

Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
