Our client is a leader in the premium stone and design industry. Their core business is rooted in the high‑end residential market, built on trusted relationships with interior and exterior design professionals, contractors and homeowners, often all parties within a single project. They also operate a robust buy‑and‑sell‑from‑stock model, which opens the door to larger developers as well as opportunities in the commercial and hospitality markets. They are now seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. This role will be central to building a "channel within the channel", preserving a bespoke, service‑led ethos while unlocking stock‑driven, large‑scale project work. The business today is largely Southern‑centric. The Head of Sales will be responsible for preparing and, when the time is right, spearheading expansion into the Midlands, North, Scotland and Ireland, building the presence and partnerships that will balance their geographic footprint and open new channels of growth. As Head of Sales , you will set the commercial direction, lead a specialist sales team, and act as a senior brand figurehead across both established residential base and developing commercial and regional landscapes.
