Are you ready to shape the future of our vehicle and plant fleet? As Head of Fleet Procurement, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, sustainably, and cost-effectively. This is your opportunity to influence strategy, introduce innovation, and deliver real value across the business.

Here are some of the activities that you'll get involved with...

• Leading fleet strategy & planning, overseeing procurement and lifecycle planning for our entire vehicle and plant fleet, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
• Driving operational excellence, managing fleet rotation, stock controls, and robust asset management processes to keep our operations efficient and cost-effective.
• Champion innovation & sustainability, engaging with suppliers to bring forward-thinking, sustainable solutions that future-proof our fleet and maintain a market-leading product portfolio.
• Delivering insight & influencing eecisions, providing data-driven insights, cost forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making at the highest level.
• Collaborating & supporting, working closely with the Plant Director and operational teams to develop new business streams and deliver the fleet needed to achieve our business plan.
