Main purpose of the role :

Simmons Adaptive is seeking finance lawyers to support Simmons & Simmons clients on a variety of upcoming potential assignments. As finance continues to be a key area of demand for our clients, we are looking to grow our talent pool with skilled individuals across the full spectrum of seniorities who are ready to take on new challenges.

We are interested in hearing from finance consultants with expertise in any of the following areas :

• Finance
• Real Estate Finance
• Leveraged Finance
• Structured Finance
• Project Finance
• Trade Finance
• Fund Finance
